Responsibilities for Marketing Assistant 

  • Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns 
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral 
  • Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
  • Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends 
  • Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases
  • Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
  • Serve as executive support to Chief Revenue Officer 

Qualifications for Marketing Assistant 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred 
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Superior organizational and time management skills 
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Manufacturing-focused Engineering or Technology program, or equivalent relevant experience
  • People skills – Professionalism in all customer interactions via email, phone, video conferencing, and face-to face. Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds and international cultures.
  • CNC Experience – able to independently operate a CNC Mill
    CAD/CAM Experience
  • Foundational understanding of Additive Manufacturing/3D Printing processes
    Basic Electro-mechanical assembly/wiring/troubleshooting skills
  • Basic fabrication skills, i.e. cutting, drilling, finishing metal and plastic parts
  • Willingness to learn new skills and rotate responsibilities on a day-to-day basis
  • Willingness to travel 20-50% of the time, including domestic and some international travel (passport required)
  • Must be a US citizen and able to enter US government facilities

What you’ll be doing:

  • Installing, servicing, and running 3D printing equipment on CNC machines/robots, including making demonstration parts and end-use parts for customers
  • On-site and remote technical support for customers in various countries
  • Production of manufacturing equipment, including ongoing continuous improvement efforts
  • Development and testing of new products

Job Overview 

Hybrid Manufacturing Technologies (HMT) is changing the way that people make and remake high value parts. HMT creates hands-off automation equipment that brings together the best of industrial 3D printing (known as additive manufacturing or “AM”) with incumbent metal and polymer/composite shaping technologies (including machining and inspection). HMT’s hybrid manufacturing approach offers unique capabilities that cannot be delivered by existing types of technology used independently.

Job Description

This role is suited to a person with significant assembly and fitting experience. Someone with a precision engineering/toolmaking background who would like to take on a new challenge involving leadership and management. The working week will be divided between all the activities below.

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • A hands on role, working with and leading a team of assembly technicians
  • Assembly and system testing
  • Production planning
  • Ensuring parts arrive in time and are available for production
  • Inventory management (purchasing, goods inwards and outbound)
  • Updating and maintaining standard operating procedures
  • Seeking improvement and increasing productivity
  • Quality control
  • Support assembly technicians

Qualification and Skills:

  • Experienced assembly fitter with precision engineering toolmaking background
  • Engineering apprenticeship, or bachelors degree in a manufacturing-focused program, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience with CAD and fully conversant with engineering drawings
  • Willingness to learn new skills and rotate responsibilities on a day-to-day basis
  • Experience or understanding of ERP and MRP systemsElectrical experience will be advantageous
  • People skills – Professionalism in all interactions with the ability to work with people from all backgrounds and cultures

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
